How far in advance should we book our teepee or tent?
We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 9–12 months before your wedding, especially for popular summer dates. For smaller, midweek or off-season dates you may find availability with less notice, but early booking gives you the best choice of styles and add-ons.
Do you deliver and install across the UK?
Yes, we supply, deliver and install teepees and tents across the UK. Travel and delivery fees vary by location and the size of the installation; we’ll include clear costs in your personalised quote.
What is included in your package price?
Our standard packages include the structure (teepee or tent), safe installation by our experienced crew, basic flooring (where required), and essential rigging and lighting. Styling, furniture, linens, statement lighting and extra props are available via our sister company, Nerissa Eve Weddings, either as add-ons or part of a full styling package.
How do you handle quotes and deposits?
After an initial conversation about your date, guest numbers and style, we’ll send a detailed quote outlining all costs and options. To secure your date we require a non-refundable deposit; the balance is due ahead of the event according to the terms in your contract.
Can we hire just the tent/teepee without styling?
Absolutely. We can supply and install the structure only, or provide full styling using items from Nerissa Eve Weddings. Many couples choose a hybrid approach — structure plus a few key styling elements — and we’ll tailor our service to your needs.
Do you offer full day-of styling and set-up coordination?
Yes. We offer styling and day-of management options so you can relax while we handle layout, décor placement, supplier coordination and any last-minute adjustments.
What site preparations do you need from the venue?
We need clear, level ground for installation, suitable access for delivery vehicles and a designated area for parking our crew during set-up. If the site is public land or a private field, you may need to confirm permissions and access with the landowner. We’ll provide a site requirements checklist and can arrange a site visit if necessary.
What about bad weather — are teepees/walkways weatherproof?
Our structures are designed for outdoor use and provide shelter from light rain and wind, but they are not a substitute for a fully weatherproof building in extreme conditions. We’ll advise on suitable flooring, sidewalls, and heating options to increase comfort. For high-risk weather forecasts we work with you to implement contingency plans.
Are your installations safe and insured?
Yes. Our team is trained in structural installation and site safety. We carry public liability insurance and always check local regulations and ground conditions before installing. We prioritise secure rigging, correct anchoring and safe electrical installations for lighting.
Do you provide power and lighting?
We can supply and install event lighting (statement and ambient) and arrange electrics as required. For power, most venues can provide mains supply; where mains is not available we can advise on generator options and include them in your quote.
What kinds of furniture and props do you offer?
Through Nerissa Eve Weddings we have a wide selection: rustic and banquet tables, chairs, lounge furniture, statement lighting, rugs, linens, bar setups and decorative pieces. We’ll work with you to create a cohesive look and can provide mood boards and itemised lists.
Can you recommend other suppliers (caterers, florists, photographers)?
Yes, we maintain a trusted network of suppliers across the UK. Check our ‘Friends’ page for recommendations, and we’re happy to make direct introductions based on your style and location.

We’ve been privileged to dress well over 1,000 weddings. Each event informs our approach and helps us anticipate common challenges so your day runs smoothly.
Can we see examples of your past work or speak to previous clients?
Yes, we have a gallery of past events and testimonials available. On request we can also share references from recent couples (with their permission).
